who we are
We’re a small agency, but we primarily work with big companies. And campaigns.

Our services come at a pretty high cost, but everything is transparent: we explain, show, and justify the numbers. We also pay our employees and contractors well, so they can love their work, have time to rest, and contribute effectively to the outcome.

The results of the projects vary, but we’re definitely not ashamed of them. In fact, we’re usually proud of our cases.
our story
We came up with vinou in 2019 and became an independent agency in 2020.
In the spring of 2018, Yegor Bitkov joined the RTA agency as part of the accelerator program to establish a social media department and started working with new clients. At that time, only a few people noticed this update, aside from Yegor’s friends on Facebook.

It quickly became clear that the business was growing at a good pace: new clients were satisfied, the complexity of projects was increasing, and the quality of performance did not suffer from scaling. The department became large and noticeable in 2019. A strong team was formed.

To maintain and accelerate the pace, we made a strategic decision to transform the department into a separate advertising agency. Its team was strengthened by new members, and RTA provided support, ensuring stable work, necessary assistance, resources, and expertise. This way, the new agency, with the flexibility and focus of a small team, enjoyed all the advantages of a major player.

And if something is unfamiliar or unclear, we aim to understand it first. We advocate for a conscientious approach to marketing and social media.

We are against stock photography and strive to create unique content from "big production" to budget-friendly low-cost solutions. We enjoy involving remote content creators in projects, talented individuals from completely different corners of the world.

We don’t engage in anything shameful or questionable: we don’t cheat, inflate numbers, deceive, or offer kickbacks. The market is very small. Today a person works in our team, and tomorrow they may work on the client side, so any "secrets" will quickly come out. That’s why we prefer not to engage in anything we want to hide.
